For self-aware women who are ready to get off the personal growth carousel
BREAK FREE FROM
CODEPENDENCY FOR GOOD, AND RECLAIM YOUR SOVEREIGNTY
Learn to trust yourself, stay connected to who you are, and feel steady in love even when another person is uncertain, distant, or unavailable,.

01 — Relating
Ever wonder why you keep attracting unavailable partners, then working twice as hard to keep the relationship alive?
You want a relationship that feels mutual, steady, and safe. Instead, you keep finding yourself overthinking, overgiving, and trying to hold everything together.
What if you could experience peace and freedom in love, and have your needs met without over-giving to get them?
That's where I come in.
I turn women who lose themselves in love into women who trust themselves deeply, so they can be free in the relationship of their dreams.

02 — The deeper pattern
Why does your love life feel like Groundhog Day?
The way you experience relationships does not begin with the person you are dating now. It begins with you.
Your beliefs about love, safety, worth, and rejection shape who you choose and who you even consider available to you.
I call this your Survival Blueprint.
And here is the uncomfortable part: your current relationship dynamic is an undeniably accurate match for the version of you who has been showing up in love.
We tend to think we are out of alignment when our relationships are painful or chaotic. I see it differently. Reality is always in alignment with who we are being, and relationships give us one of the clearest reflections of that.
The Survival Blueprint
The rules you've been living by in love
Your blueprint shapes what feels normal, what you tolerate, who you choose, and how much of yourself you’re willing to give up to keep connection.
This is where our work begins.
03 — A different way of living
Your Survival Blueprint was built from the past. It's time you get the tools to stop living inside it.
There is a version of you who moves through love, knowing she is already safe, whole, and capable of trusting herself.
She does not have to earn love or arrange herself around keeping it. She gets to meet relationships as herself, with her standards, desires, voice, and freedom intact.
And when you become that woman in love, the relationships you choose, allow, and create change with you.

You are willing to examine the beliefs that create unwanted behavior, with compassion and rigor.
You want personal responsibility without self-blame — and a self-relationship that stays intact regardless of romantic circumstances.

07 — Founder story — from codependency to coaching
Why I Do This Work
By the age of 18, I was already living a life most people would consider overwhelming. I'd spent 4 years as a full-time stepmom, financially supporting a family, and trying to maintain a relationship affected by my partner’s addiction and infidelity.
I built my entire life around keeping the relationship together. I spent thousands of dollars on self-development programs, read all the books, hired the therapist, all in hopes that if I could become better, more understanding, or more healed, I might finally become the woman who could “get loved."
Everything changed when I began confronting the false beliefs I had built my identity around. And thus, my coaching practice was born from this simple question: what did my younger self really need?
Little Ellie needed three things: a woman she could look to and think, “I want to live like that,” a community that expanded what she believed was possible for her, and someone who would stand for the woman she was becoming.
So I created exactly that. My work is built on my own personal journey overcoming codependency and nearly 3 years of hands-on experience leading group coaching programs and facilitating transformational work.
08 — Questions before you apply
The questions that matter
Do I need to be in a relationship to do this work?
I already understand my childhood and attachment style. Will this still help me?
Are you going to tell me whether I should stay in or leave my relationship?
Is coaching the same as therapy?
What happens on the consultation call?
